Last Days Before Phoebe Arrived
The third week of September, Isaac and I bided the time at home during the day, approaching and passing my due date, enjoying some warm fall weather while it lasted:
Do you think he likes to play with cars?
Isaac is still my baby boy, but don’t tell him that. It will bring him to tears. He insists that he “is big…and SMART!” He likes it when I call him my “Joon-jon”, though. It is just a pet name I have for him, but it is very special to him; he will cuddle with me if I call him that.
This was taken 10 days before I had Phoebe.
OPEN HOUSE:
Calvin and Principal Besczala (a.k.a “Dr. B.”). Calvin has yet to visit him in the office as of January, but he did have to speak to him in the hallway on day 2 of school. Dr. B. was Jason’s band director at one point.

I was really struck by how BLOND Calvin was and how much he looks like Darrell in these pictures. Calvin looks very sparkly in these pictures and too grown up.
Wow- what a belly- those were the days!
Isaac is a cuddle-bug- he melts me with his big brown eyes. I like the overhead shots of him- makes him look really little.
